Produced in the Oaxaca area, Mexico SHG is one of the best qualities of Mexican coffee, produced above 1700 meters above sea level. It shows a full-bodied cup, tending to sweet and a good acidity with spicy and honey notes. Sweet aftertaste of caramel and milk chocolate.

It is also known for its very low caffeine content: 1.3%
