This fine Colombian coffee comes from Mr. Camilla's plantation, located in the northern part of Colombia, exactly in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta region. Mr. Camilla is part of a
non-profit organization that brings together 35 producers of specialty and certified coffees from Sierra Nevada. The volcanic origin of the soil, the height and humidity, as well as the unusual regularity of the tropical rains and the perpendicular fall of the sun's rays give the plant an unbeatable climate. The temperature contrasts during the day and throughout the year are one of the environmental factors that favor the generation of sugars and other compounds in the coffee fruit, making it sweet and balanced.
